Refund & Return Policy (Print-on-Demand)

Returns

All of our products are made to order using print-on-demand production. Because items are custom printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will gladly replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Once verified, we will send a replacement item.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee replacement.
